Ride the Spectacular Canyons & Mountains of Southern Morocco on one of our hire bikes

MOROCCO - The ultimate destination for the off road adventure rider. An unspoilt land of amazing contrasts; magnificent mountains, canyons, oasis, and desert landscapes.

Join us for an unforgettable journey and ride the high passes, valleys, and gorges of the Atlas Mountains. We ride some of the fantastic sections in the Dakar Rally.

The tour is designed for the INTERMEDIATE & EXPERIENCED off road riders. Suitable for enduro bikes. We have KTM 450-EXC, Yamaha TTR-250cc, and Honda CRF450 bikes available and are included in the price.

On tour there is absolutely no pressure - you ride at your own pace. We will have plenty of rest stops throughout the day to catch your breath, take on food & fluids and admire the incredible views. The focus of this tour is on enjoyment - it is not a race!

OUTLINE ITINERARY:

Day 1 - Arrive in Ouarzazate & a 10 minute transfer to our 4 star hotel.

Day 2 - Ouarzazate to Boumalne Dades (approx 200kms)
Prep bikes / Tour briefing
We ride the high desert plateau in the south of the high Atlas Mountains to the Valley of the Roses. Our exciting ride finishes through a great canyon to our hotel in the Jbel Sahro Mountains.

Day 3 - Boumalne Dades through the Jbel Sahro Mountains (approx 110kms)
We ride south over the Jbel Sahro mountains with its magnificient volcanic rock spires. We lunch on the summit of the high pass at 7000 feet to enjoy the magnificent views to the desert. Our exciting descent takes us down ridges through canyons and dry river beds and remote Berber villages to our overnight stop in a traditional Kasbah.

Day 4 - Jbel Sahro Mountains to Zagora (approx 120 kms)
We continue south on remote pistes through the hamada of the Jbel Rhart. A wild and remote ride to our overnight stop in the desert town of Zagora.

Day 5 - Zagora to Ouarzazate (approx 150 kms)
We head north through the vast palmeries and the patchwork fields of the Draa Valley. A great ride full of twists and turns through the Berber villages of the Draa Valley. Our final descent provides us with spectacular views of the snow covered High Atlas Mountains. Overnight in traditional Kasbah.

Day 6 - Ouarzazate Day Ride (approx 80 kms)
A unique secret route through the foothills of the high Atlas with a few river crossings to our lunch spot at Ait Ben Haddou. Optional visit to the World Unesco site of Ait Ben Haddou or relax on the terrace overlooking the fortified village of Kasbahs. Our return route takes us through the famous river below the kasbahs and along the high plains to our 4 star hotel in Ouarzazate. We enjoy a swim in the pool and a beer (..or two..) followed by a great celebration feast.

Day 7 - 10 minute transfer to airport.
