MOROCCO MAY 2008 TOUR ON A HAYABUSA

Having previously toured most of Western Europe I was looking for a new challenge. Wildcat Adventures' Moroccan Tour seemed just the thing to fit the bill.

Out of the eleven bikes on the tour, John and Brigitte where on a KTM, seven BMW's mainly GS's, a Honda Pan, Triumph Triple and my Suzuki Hayabusa.

The three sports/tourers coped with anything Moroccan roads could throw at them. They ate up the miles and coped with the different types of roads, continual changing road surfaces with hundreds of sweeping bends and unbelievable mountain passes.

The sports bikes could certainly do anything a GS could.

My advice to anybody who might have any doubts about taking their sports/tourer on such a holiday is, if you're confident riding on all types of UK roads, done a bit of touring and happy riding the distances 'just go for it and enjoy'.

John and Brigitte thank you for the opportunity to have a fantastic holiday and to ride in such an unspoilt country. It was certainly one to remember for a long time."
