BIKING PROFILE:
A unique route
incorporating some of the best motorcycling roads in France, Italy, and Greece
on our way to the romantic city of Istanbul. We ride some of the great
gorges, mountains, and passes of the Alps, Tuscany, and the Pindos. A
route designed by John Fulton from experience gained over 20 years leading adventure
tours in Europe, Asia, Middle East, and Morocco. Roads are generally
quiet and the asphalted surfaces very good. Great mountain roads with quiet villages
and spectacular scenery. (Some sections of auto route are necessary to reach our
exotic destination) Distances vary
between 100 miles and 300 miles per day on the tour. A
typical day's riding starts approximately at 08:00hrs and we reach our destination
around 16:00hrs.
